When you don’t know what to do.

When you are experiencing life issues and you don’t know what to do, whom to turn to, where to get help from, tried everything and have reached your end, there is one who is sticks closer than a brother. One who cares. His name is Jesus Christ, you can trust him. Believe in his word.

2 Samuel 22:31 God’s way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to them that trust in him. Allow his word to shed light on that situation. Spend more time in his presence rather than thinking about issues. Give him room to transform things.

Focusing your attention on the problems brings more tension as it creates an environment for more uncertainties. Quit complaining about that issue that has been going on for too long. It is time you shift your focus from complaining to seek after God. When you seek God, things begin to take shape. Knowing who is in you brings things to order.

King Hezekiah trusted in the Lord, so that after him was none like him among the kings of Judah, or any that was before him. Even in his sick bed, he clave to the Lord. After hearing the news of his death on his sick bed, Hezekiah had reached the end of the road, but this was not the news he expected from the man of God. He knew he had to do something about it. He turned and cried to God and the verdict was changed. Don’t lose hope. Press in like Hezekiah. Seek after God even in the hardship press in a little further. You will realize that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

God has everything figured out for you. It is upon you to draw closer to him. In him you will get the answers you are looking for. In him you will obtain that help, your miracle, supernatural healing, financial breakthrough, deliverance, salvation…Press in like Hannah, don’t give up yet, your miracle is closer than you think. Psalms 62:8 Trust in God at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.

David had always learnt to seek God in everything and gained victory. In 1 Samuel 30, David came to Ziklag with his men and found the city burnt and their families taken captive by the Amalekites. Their wives, sons and daughters were taken captive.  The people were grieved and spoke of stoning him. In distress, David encouraged himself in the Lord. He enquired from God who told him to pursue them and recover all. If he remained in despair he would never have recovered his wives and children or even possessions. God is all knowing but he is waiting on you to invite him in your everyday life to take charge.

How else can we let God be God if we are always busy trying to sought out our issues by our own strength, the only way to move out of this life cycles is to surrender all to him. Not some but everything. Let him take the center stage of your life. Let him manifest his power for his glory.

He already knows your tomorrow, has seen your future. He will not let you be put shame. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. We have a great future in God. He is a promise keeper. He is not a man that he should lie or change his mind. God is faithful, trust him.
